For some time now vehicles have been running on dedicated LPG or ‘Dual Fuel’. Meanwhile many advancements in technology have made certain that the world of alternative fuel systems is now vastly improved in various ways.
The latest system to burst on to the scene has been Gas Vapour Injection. As with the current fuel injected vehicle, this new system works on injecting gas directly into the engine rather than letting it be drawn in.
Running an on board computer and 8 of it's own injectors, Gas Vapour Injection offers much better efficiency than petrol and is already on the way to superceding the older gas Carbie systems. |
